Our Founder
Shri Amar Chand Bhuteria started the firm as a sole proprietor in the year 1965, which was converted to a full fledged partnership in the year 1971. In the initial years, the firm carried out traditional audit and assurance practice which over the years extended to taxation, corporate law and other areas of practice.

Mr. AK Kundu

Chartered Accountant since 1972, Mr. A.K. Kundu held key roles in Public Sector Undertakings, notably as Executive Director of Finance at NTPC Ltd from 2001 to 2008, involved in raising funds through IPO, Domestic Borrowings, and Foreign Borrowings. Transitioning to private practice in 2008, he joined AC Bhuteria & Co. in 2021, serving as a mentor, guiding the team with extensive financial expertise.
Mr. Bimal Kumar Shah

Mr. Bimal Kumar Shah, a member since 1983, brings over four decades of audit and assurance experience. Qualifying in 1983, he is a stalwart in the field, possessing extensive knowledge in indirect taxes. His commitment and wealth of experience contribute significantly to the firm’s success and reputation.
Mr. Mohit Bhuteria
B.Com, F.C.A., Registered Value, Resolution Professional
Chartered Accountant since 1994, Mr. Mohit Bhuteria, ranked 16th in India, joined as a partner. He is a Registered Valuer & Insolvency Resolution Professional. A Co-opted member of ICAI’s Expert Advisory Committee for over six years, he actively engages in professional associations. With expertise in Audit Assurances, NBFC & Corporate Laws, Taxation, Valuation, he is a regular speaker at various professional forums, MCA, ICAI & CAG. He has represented ICAI before CBI. He is empanelled as a Quality Reviewer with Quality Review Board.
Mr. Rahul Sethia

Mr. Rahul Sethia, qualifying in 2012 and joining as a partner in 2013, specializes in Audit & Assurance, including audits of Banks and Insurance Companies. Core competencies extend to Indirect Taxation and Valuation services. Handling Quality Review Assignments for Big Four Audit firms, he showcases dedication to excellence.

Mrs. Jaya Kamalia

Chartered Accountant since 2012, Mrs. Jaya Kamalia joined A C Bhuteria & Co in 2021. With rich experience in International Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management Act, she adds valuable insights. Mr. Abhinandan Ghosh
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the Year 2021 and thereafter joined the firm in the year 2022. He has completed articleship from Deloitte Haskins & Sells and worked in the areas of Transfer Pricing and Statutory Audit. His core competencies lie in International taxation, Transfer Pricing and GST.
